The Wizard of D.C.

Do we actually have to lose everything, our country and our freedoms before we realize we were an exceptional people?  We have been the EXCEPTION to the rule, unique among nations, because we are free. 

It is absolutely astonishing, mind-blowing, pure insanity that we have a government funding our enemy. Fourteen years ago the United States was attacked by those who adhere to radical Islamic beliefs.  They hate America and the Western way of life.  Instead of tightening our security our government has lowered our defenses.  We are much more vulnerable today than we were before we were attacked. 

Our government spends its time harassing innocent Americans while ignoring the real threat due to unprotected borders.  Our homeland should have state of the art security at every possible entry.  Instead, we have wide open land.  We unnecessarily worry about anniversary attacks and jihadist attacks within our borders.    

Our government; the people we elect to protect us and our interests, at home and abroad, are betraying us. Our government is doing everything possible to fund our enemy while convincing the population that it’s all good.  We are not privy to what is in this disastrous nuclear agreement with Iran.  It’s another ‘pass the bill so we can find out what’s in it’ ploy. 

Honestly, we fell for their smoke and mirrors on health care and have witnessed the disastrous results of blindly following the Wizard of D.C.  Are we so blind that we are going to allow ourselves to be herded like sheep into believing that the Iran nuclear agreement is a good thing?  What kinds of tactics are being used to nudge our Congressmen into such a catastrophic agreement?

Our government is prepared to willingly hand over a billion U.S. taxpayer dollars to the people who chant Death to America and call us the Big Satan.  Our government is about to become the largest contributor to a country, and its organizations, hell bent on destroying the United States.  We are beyond mind-blowing or insanity.  We have become suicidal.

We have an elected leader who is leading us down a very dark and ill-fated path.  Radical domestic groups who insight violence and foreign organizations who wish to destroy us receive praise and funding.  He makes it easy for anyone to gain access to our country while he hinders the efforts of border patrol and stirs up racial tension aimed at our police officers.

In Article II, Section 3, our U.S. Constitution states, The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

The definition of treason is outlined in Article III, Section 3 of our U.S. Constitution.  It states, “Treason against the United States, shall consist only on levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

Before entering into the office of President of the United States, an individual must take the oath of office as stated in the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1.  It states, “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Our Constitution has been disregarded. We’ve been on shaky ground for a long time.  Our Congress pacifies the executive by allowing him to make laws.  They have allowed him to make the legislature irrelevant.  The judicial branch no longer just interprets the law; it re-writes the law to benefit the executive.  We have created tyranny.  We have created an all-powerful, one man, self-serving government.  

How does a productive, healthy nation, with super power status fall victim to anti-American rhetoric?  How did we go from a “can do” and “don’t mess with us” attitude to a land of entitlements and a government which bows to the will of those who wish to destroy us?  We have a self-inflicted crisis.  We began to turn to the government for assistance in every aspect of our lives instead of being the self-reliant individuals who built this nation.  We began to cower and gave into political correctness out of fear of being called racist.  The enemy doesn’t care what we think of them, they want us to lower our defenses so it’s easier to destroy us.  

We have created tyranny.  By not standing for what we believe we know to be true, we will fall for the lies and deception being used to divide, making it easier to conquer.
