“Taxpayers should be allowed to offer the same flimsy, obviously made-up excuses the Obama administration uses,” Stockman said about the bill.
The bill states that taxpayers “shall be given the benefit of the doubt when not producing critical documentation, so long as the taxpayer’s excuse therefore falls into one of the following categories.” Each of these categories is a humorous dig at several other Obama regime scandals.
