"The scheduling clerk at the Veterans Administration office in Phoenix has come forward with evidence admitting that she’s being told to hide the deaths of veterans, and that it’s still happening.
“Someone is trying to hide the number of U.S. veterans who died here waiting for care.”
She claims that someone above her has been changing the record back, and then the vet is suddenly listed as alive.Beginning early in 2013, she said, “I was told by managers to take requests for new appointments from veterans seeking care, and hide them.”
“They went into a desk drawer.”
