House of Cards

By Tammy Derouin

A foundation built on lies and deception is like a house of cards, eventually it will collapse under its own weight and lack of stability. Certain techniques can be used to give the structure some support. It is, however, temporary. It may look good and even appear to be holding its ground but the lack of a foundation or the ability to permanently bind the pieces together will be its undoing. A house of cards is a vulnerable structure. Eventually, it will collapse and when it does, the fallout is massive and so is the cleanup.

For far too many years, the American people have been subjected to an unbelievable magic show. The master of illusion worked hard to perfect his craft and tried to pass his skills of deception on to others who, it was hoped, would follow in his magical footsteps. As with all illusion, eventually the smoke clears, the mirrors are moved and that man standing behind the curtain ends up being a huge disappointment.

Remember when Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Man and the Lion discovered that they had been duped by a larger than life individual who made promises too good to be true? Could you blame them for being so upset when the truth was revealed? This magical wizard sent them on a path which could have destroyed them. Thankfully, they found their inner strength and survived the evil which was intentionally set before them.

In the end, it was realized that they had everything they needed to help themselves. They each had a brain with the power and ability to think for themselves. They each had a heart so they had the ability to feel, understand and react as needed. They each had courage and were able to stand up to evil and even destroy it. Perhaps the most important lesson learned was that there truly is no place like home.

If we don't take care of our home and if we take our rights for granted or give them up easily because we do not understand them, we could be sucked up into a windstorm of unimaginable magnitude. Dorothy woke up from her nightmare, grateful to find it was only a dream. If we do not wake up and acknowledge the truth and we prevent the truth from being heard, the windstorm, which has already been created, will continue to scatter its debris causing consequences greater than we could possibly imagine.

When someone wishes to deceive and control you, the path they need you to follow must be appealing. The destination, the Utopia they've been trying to get you to believe is just beyond the horizon if only you will follow them, does not exists. It's an illusion. It is so much easier for the controlling entity when individuals are willing to walk into enslavement and clasp the shackles on themselves. Utopia does not exist. History and truth, however, does and so does your brain, heart and courage. It's up to each individual to search for the truth.

They yellow brick road may look appealing but if you are blindly singing and skipping along to the tune of a false reality, you will probably end up going off a cliff trying to avoid flying monkeys. The truth is out there but it has been ignored by the main stream media. They have lost their desire to seek truth and justice and have opted instead to appease a political agenda which has caused much more harm than good. In doing so, they have assisted in the creation of a false reality.

Members of the House of Representatives have in their possession a memo, which, from what has been reported, would shake and crumble the structure built by the Obama administration. It has been reported that this document is disturbing and shocking. The American people need to know the truth.

Some have claimed that the American people cannot handle the truth and that such alleged abuses shouldn't be made public. It has also been stated that it is too unbelievable to be believed. The American people can and will handle the truth. The scandalous actions of an administration, including the politicizing of government agencies and departments, must be brought to light. The consequences of living in a false reality are far greater than the mess, the fallout which is sure to come about as the house of cards begins to collapse.

Our home is worth protecting and securing against all those who would attempt to destroy it, both foreign and domestic. When we know the truth and we understand our history and why we are an exceptional nation, it is without question, that there truly is no place like home.
