Can You Handle the Truth?

I was contacted this past week by a reader who is frustrated.We see our nation falling apart and we feel helpless.Jo Ann Landman asked if I had any suggestions. What can we do?

Every week I struggle with a topic.There are so many examples of things that are wrong in America.The president’s abuse of power and his enlistment of all government agencies are beyond belief.How can we stop it?

Unfortunately, there isn’t an easy answer. This didn’t happen overnight.The American people allowed this to happen slowly and over time.We began to blindly trust those we sent to Washington. Because of this, we have a runaway government.We’ve allowed too many rotten eggs into our once sacred offices.They have contaminated and spoiled our system of government.

We are no longer a free nation, ruled by the people.We freely elected an individual who has done everything he stated he would do. By his actions, he has established himself as a dictator.Hitler was elected to power.He convinced the people that he would save their country.Hitler created problems and had solutions at his fingertips. He waited for the people to cry out for help.If you know even a little about Nazi Germany, you know Hitler called it, The Final Solution.

If you think that type of tyranny can’t happen here, you’re fooling yourself.You might as well put your head back in the sand.While you are content in the dark, keep repeating to yourself that it can’t and never will happen here.The evidence is out there.How far are you willing to dig?How much of the truth are you willing to see?Maybe Americans have gotten to the point where they can’t handle the truth.

We have a dictator who says he’s the president, which apparently means he can do whatever he wants. The media will tell you he was only joking.If his actions didn’t prove otherwise, there may be room for a slight chuckle.How much more evidence is needed?The scandals are endless. There’s Benghazi, the IRS, Obamacare, Fast and Furious, NSA and now our children by way of Common Core. Please check into Common Core. It’s in our schools!

Obama and his progressive cronies have taken off their masks.They want to destroy America.Obamacare is an absolute fundamental transformation of America. Millions are losing their jobs. The administration is telling us that it’s a good thing.In what reality is a government program which will eliminate 2.3 million jobs, according to the CBO, a good thing? Wasn’t it supposed to create more jobs?How is Obamacare good when it forces people off their insurance plans? We’ve been lied to, yet we continue to smile and applaud!How is the inevitable insurance company bailout a good thing?

Obama created a problem. He’s waiting for the crisis.He will blame the free-market system, the insurance companies and whatever or whomever gets in his way.Have no fear!Obama has a plan, a solution. He’s just waiting for the people to cry out for help.He will swoop in and take over, everything.How many will suffer and die because we elected someone who promised so much hope and change?

His magic knows no bounds. It’s limitless; not even a ceiling can contain him.Congress was unable to defeat the dictator in his quest for limitless access to America’s money.Congress raised the debt ceiling with no strings attached.Obama is thrilled that they all worked together.The GOP rolled over and the few that tried to filibuster were betrayed by their own party.

The job of the President is to uphold the law.Obama decided he would rather make the law.Nobody stopped him.He only upholds the law if it’s agreeable to him.He picks and chooses which laws are worthy of his attention.His own law, Obamacare, is changed on a whim. Obamacare has been called the law of the land.Nobody said anything.The law of the land is our Constitution.

Do you still need more proof that Obama doesn’t like America?He loosened the rules for citizenship.Foreigners with only minor connections to terrorism will not be banned from becoming American citizens.What could possibly go wrong?

What can we do?Be informed.Go beyond the mainstream media.I know of several news outlets that are telling the truth.They know the truth has no agenda.Don’t take anybody’s word for it, investigate for yourself.Talk to people.Ask questions.Vote the rotten eggs out of office.Pray.

Can you handle the truth?
