History Repeats
By Tammy Derouin
When we were born, we were born free, but it didn’t last
very long. And you thought that first
cry was from the shock of the birth process.
As more Americans wake up, the reality hits like your first gasp of air.
Man has a thirst for power and domination. He will intentionally inflict great pain and
suffering on his fellow man. The
population is but a tool for someone who desires ultimate power, a human army, and
a means to an end. The people are disposable
because they’re mere stepping stones.
Man is cunning and ruthless in his quest for power and ultimate
control. When push eventually leads to
shove, man is the most evil of all species. History provides many examples.
Man disguises his malicious intent by pretending to care
about the weakest among us. Those who
distrust the fox in the hen house are immediately called into question. Did someone doubt the nice, gentle fox? He is only making sure the hens have everything
they need. After all, the hens elected
him to guard and provide for them. The
weasels would occasionally discover a hen between the teeth of the fox. To make such headlines go away, the fox
befriends the weasels. The fox knew if
he played nice with the weakest among them, he would gain more influence and
power overall. Eventually, one fox
became more powerful than all the weasels combined. He now controls their lives. He allows them to exist, conditionally, of
course. In exchange for not reporting
the occasional disappearance of a hen, or anything else the fox determines must
go, the weasels will continue to live.
The weasels now work for the fox.
They are his minions. Their job
is to distract, by supplying the smoke and mirrors, whenever and wherever the
fox demands it. We know them as the
American Press.
There is greed in all of us, not just those who believe in
capitalism. How we use that trait determines
our path. The desire to better one’s
self can be strong enough to lift someone out of poverty. It can be the driving force behind a new
company. This company may eventually employ
many people; people who believe in an honest day’s work for an honest day’s
pay. Maybe it will lead to the formation
of yet another business. One success
leads to another. By nature, man wants
to better himself.
Progressives have become very successful. Their success, however, is deeply embedded in
both greed and capitalism. This fact forces them to distance themselves from
reality, or the truth. They’ve made
words such as greed, capitalism and free-market, evil, in an attempt to
convince you that you can’t succeed without the help of the government. History is changed; facts and evidence are hidden
or destroyed. They’ve convinced themselves
that they know best. All that’s left is
to convince you.
Progressives desire a perfect world as determined by them. The American way of life has been in their
cross hairs for decades. They play upon
our fears and target the weakest among us.
They lie, claiming everyone is entitled to everything. Unattainable promises are made to feed their
greed, helpful for getting re-elected. The ability to deceive and disguise the
truth makes them more powerful. Successful
Americans have been turned into the evil greedy enemy of the poor. Progressives have harnessed their political desires
with like-minded influential corporations. They wish to control every aspect of your
life.
Nobody is entitled to anything other than life, liberty and
the pursuit of happiness - nature’s law.
Nature’s law gives rights. Man’s
law takes them away. Progressives don’t
want you to know how powerful and empowering freedom really is. You wouldn’t need them if you did.
If the progressives are successful, our brief existence as a
free nation will be a chapter in the history books. They will claim America failed because
Americans became too greedy. The free-market
system and capitalism will be blamed.
They will deceive everyone including themselves.
If America falls, greed will be to blame but it won’t be
because we had too much freedom. Greed
will be blamed because history repeats.
Man desires to control his fellow man.
We don’t know our history so we smile, applaud and elect those who convince
us that they know best. Detroit is a
perfect example of what happens to prosperity when left to the progressives.
It isn’t the government’s job to provide for you; that is
your job. We came into this world free. I fear, with each passing day, we will exit
this life pursuing that which we once had, freedom.
“The truth is, all might be free if they valued freedom, and
defended it as they ought.”
Samuel Adams
