"Today, The Oversight Project obtained a complete and total victory over President Joe Biden's autopen in his sad, but predictable efforts to withhold the recordings of his interviews with his ghost writer. Biden's declination to seek further review of the D.C. Circuit's ruling paves the way for the release of the interview tapes," the Oversight Project said in a press release on Friday.
"Today's victory is the latest in a string of Oversight Project wins over the autopen President. The autopen's efforts to block transparency here were decisively rejected by both the Court of Appeals and the District Court," they said.
