Manipulation and Suppression

The United States of America is in crisis. We are supposed to be the land of the free where the government not only acknowledges our God-given rights but protects them. Once again, more evidence is making its way to the surface that the Obama administration was full of corruption and scandal.

Our government, under the destructive desire of the Obama administration, launched non-stop attacks on the American people and our founding principles. The desire of his administration to inflict harm, irreversible harm, on our country has become more and more transparently clear with each passing day.

The list of scandals is long and sordid. So many were listed during the years of darkness. The Left, however, not only denies them but has turned manipulation and suppression of the truth into an art form. Their spin doctors have attempted to blame others or make up their own reality, twisting and turning facts into fiction and fiction into facts. The press, well we know by now, that our once free press betrayed the American people. The press could have been heroes had they done their job. Instead, they will probably fare much worse than the actual players of the anti-American Obama administration. They could have informed America of so many wrong doings had they not given up their right of freedom of speech.

Remember the Benghazi scandal? The Obama administration blamed a video and the creator of the video for the uprising and riots which killed Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans. This scandal alone should have ended many careers, but instead, heels were dug in for much more to come. But of course, Benghazi wasn't the first scandal or hint of highly questionable behavior, far from it. So here we are, how many years later and the deplorable actions of the Obama administration continue to unfold. Where's the press? Shining its silver I would guess.

It is also becoming more transparently clear that Carter Page became a target of the Obama administration because he was a means to an end. An American citizen was targeted for political gain. His fourth amendment rights were violated! What kind of hell has he been put through for the advancement of a political agenda? Remember learning that this kind of weaponizing behavior only took place in other countries, ones ruled by the iron fist of a dictator? Sadly, so many Americans seem to favor Socialism, which leads to Communism, which brings about ruthless, one party dictators.

Our FBI and DOJ used fictitious information to convince the FISA court to spy on an American. The information which they used was paid for by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. This is beyond mind-blowing. Hollywood hasn't even been able to create a political thriller of this magnitude. Had they concocted something so sinister, we would have identified the criminals immediately. Truth and justice would have prevailed and we would have walked out of the theater grateful that we live in the United States where such things do not happen.

Why is it that we can identify the true bad guys and wrong doings on the silver screen when it is make-believe, but so many can't identify the same behavior when it is happening in real life? The press will pay heavily for their betrayal. But, you can only blame the press for so much. As Americans, we have a responsibility to be informed. With freedom comes responsibility. If we do not pay attention and search for truth on our own, we lose our freedom.

Had Hillary Clinton won the election, how much of this information do you think would be coming out? It would have been destroyed, wiped clean, lost, sunk into the political abyss for future generations to ponder if any shred was ever uncovered.

Our freedom is fragile. It is not a guarantee. It must be protected and preserved for each generation. Trusting individuals who will promise you anything and everything for your vote, without understanding their political agenda or beliefs, is reckless and will ultimately destroy everything we claim to value, our freedom.

We are supposed to be the land of the free; a land where you are free to live and believe without the government infringing on your rights, as long as you do not harm others. Over the past several years, we have witnessed our government, the protectors of our rights, become a weapon against the American people for political gain and societal enslavement. Fortunately, the home of the brave will put us back on track.
