Judge Napolitano noted that Marcel Lehel Lazar, who goes by the moniker "Guccifer," was immediately extradited from Romania to the U.S., where he faces a sentence of up to 100 years for his various crimes.
"There's a deal in the works ... he has a tremendous incentive to negotiate with the FBI and become a witness for the government against Mrs. Clinton," Judge Napolitano explained."
