"A former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency on Friday criticized President Barack Obama’s decision to put limits on the U.S. military in its ongoing fight against the Islamic State.Retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn spent the morning at a House Armed Services Committee, where he was asked about Obama’s request that Congress authorize the use of military force against the terrorist group. That request prohibits any “enduring” use of ground forces."
