"Five years after the ruling, liberals remain as bitter as ever over their loosened grip on campaign finance and the Supreme Court ruling that continues to enable citizens to influence their political system in a more-direct way than ever before.While Democrats have long enjoyed the rigged system that allows for a left-leaning media to provide what amounts to unlimited free advertisement for candidates and causes, the 2010 Supreme Court decision now allows a greater influence in politics for all- a notion the left simply cannot stand.
On Wednesday, President Obama issued a statement blasting the Citizens United ruling as “wrong” and hitting upon the common rhetoric surrounding the decision."
