"President Donald Trump signed a bill Thursday reversing an Obama-era rule designed to protect abortion providers from Republican defunding efforts.
Following the signing, states once again have the authority to withhold Title X federal funding from organizations that provide abortions in their state, a move that could have a disastrous financial effect on Planned Parenthood."
