Shovel Ready Missions

In this new era in which we live where everything must be politically correct and equally distributed, where’s the freedom?  First, being “politically correct” is a controlling mechanism.  What is politically correct to one can be offensive to another simply because it encroaches on freedom. 

Second, life isn’t fair.  Life, in many cases, is the result of your own actions or inactions.  Blaming those who have more is a left-wing cop-out.  True, you can’t control how you came into this world but you do have some control over where you go and how you leave it.  It’s up to each individual to find their own happiness.  Happiness is not a government subsidy. 

America is the best place to turn poverty into prosperity or to turn stumbling blocks into building blocks. Have we become so over sensitive that we must allow the government to regulate everything we do, see, hear, eat, think and say?  The truth cannot be regulated.  Manure, however, can be shoveled anywhere.  This administration has provided an endless supply of shovel ready missions.

I heard something rather interesting on the radio.  Unfortunately, it turned depressing, not the news, but the twist which followed.  A study had revealed that country music radio stations which play more male artists have higher ratings.  That doesn’t surprise me.  When stations play female artists, ratings drop.  That doesn’t surprise me either. I usually switch the station when the gender changes.  The depressing fact was that the original story was no longer the story.  Concern for the person who revealed this information became the story.  Would this person be called sexist?  Would there be a call for gender balance?  Political correctness became the story.

Can you hear the bleeding hearts demanding equal play time for male/female artists?  Maybe some leftist know-it-all will try to balance upbeat foot stomping music with ballads, mixed in a gender sensitive balance, of course. Talent and popularity will no longer be important, but then again, neither will the demand.  Everyone will be equally unhappy!  Where’s the socialist stamp of approval?

Political correctness conceals the truth.  It destroys freedom.  Are we really going to allow the political correctness of others to influence the truth, no matter the subject? We’ve witnessed what takes place when news agencies dare to report the actual news.  They become the target of the left.  It’s like watching a mob hit.  Then again, the mob was the inspiration for Sal Alinsky.

Remember when watching a news magazine was like watching a detective show?  Journalist wanted to report the truth not sweep it under the presidential seal. Too many journalists have become fluff and stuff reporters.  How do you think the blame game will play out when reality hits the proverbial fan?

Oh, there’s going to be fallout all right.  The media will begin with denial.  That may buy them some time, but not much. As the fan picks up speed, answers will be demanded.  They will no longer be able to deny they were hiding the truth, you know, working against the American people.  Let the oscillating begin!   

Denial will turn to finger pointing.  We will most likely be told that we couldn’t handle the truth.  They had to protect us.  Meaning, they couldn’t actually admit they work for the fundamental transformation movement, not the American people.  They had to spin illogical factors with massive amounts of manure for the production and growth of countless deceitful tales.

If Americans would have realized what the fundamental transformation of America really meant, and that it was not political campaign rhetoric, do you think Americans would have voted for their demise? 

Safety and concern are the tools which will be used against the American people. Think about it.  Your safety is so important that your every move needs to be monitored. We are being conditioned to have all of our decisions made for us.  What we see, hear and read could also be of great concern because it affects how we think and that of course, has a direct effect on what we believe and how we act, re-act or vote.

The left is desperate to be in control.  The only way to rationalize an extreme power grab is if internal chaos threatens our stability. Every action will be justified, a necessary measure for your safety and security.  Why has the regime and its CEO been attempting to cause civil unrest?  Chaos is an opportunity; martial law is the pre-determined answer.

Tyrants of the past have used this strategy. It begins by controlling information, your rights and your mind.  You cannot be trusted to think for yourself.  If the news can be manipulated so can you.
