It’s really disturbing to witness the incompetence and negligence taking place in the White House.  Yet another scandalous activity has come to the surface and another round of blaming and excuses begins.  The Veterans Administration is the latest government bureaucracy to be added to the heap of disgust. 

If we are to believe the rhetoric coming from the White House, we truly have the most incompetent president and administration in our history.  Every time a major, jaw dropping revelation comes to light, the president claims he was unaware.  He repeatedly claims he heard about a particular issue the same way the rest of us did, by watching the news.

There are a couple of problems with his unbelievable Bold Statements.  Are you shovel ready?  First, he controls the press!  How does the majority of the media know what to release without his consent?  If he’s finding something out for the first time, just like the rest of us, there’s been a huge breakdown in communication.  I would think someone with control issues would be furious to discover that the rest of America knew something before he authorized it to be released.  We sometimes hear that he was really mad.  I’m guessing he gets mad because he couldn’t stop certain information from being released.  He doesn’t care about the issue in the spot light.  He will make executive orders to continue his fundamental transformation of America.

Second, it’s impossible for any president to know every detail about every action in every department.  Oddly, this same administration is trying to get every detail about every action, thought, belief, political and religious persuasion on every American.  That’s different, of course.  It’s also a benefit of being in the elite class.  But, I digress.  The president cannot be expected to know everything.  This is why it’s so important to have competent and dependable people in any administration.  Maybe he should attend his daily briefing and talk with his staff.  That however, would require him to care, so it’s highly unlikely.

A very important pattern has been created.  The president denies he knows anything and blames others for his lack of information.   He either throws people under the bus or allows them a free pass by ignoring procedures.  Eventually, the truth makes its way through the murky waters.  Evidence shows that the president and his staff not only knew what was taking place but they were stirring the political pot.

Is the president utterly incompetent?  Do we really believe he has assembled a staff of inept individuals who don’t understand their job description?  I believe he knows exactly what he’s doing.  It’s not incompetence; it’s negligence at the highest level.  Why would the president willfully neglect his oath of office?  Why does he blatantly disregard the Constitution?  And why are we allowing it?

There is another lesser known but extremely important scandal taking place.  A marine has been incarcerated in a Mexican prison since March 31.  U.S. Marine veteran Andrew Tahmooressi made a wrong turn and ended up in Mexico.  All he wanted to do was turn around and go back home.   He was new to the San Diego area and therefore was unfamiliar with the roads.  He was looking for a place to live so all his possessions were in his vehicle, including three legally registered guns.  He was up front and honest with the Mexican border police.  He did not hide his guns nor did he attempt to flee from Mexican authorities.  Instead of escorting Tahmooressi back across the border, Mexican authorities put him in prison.  He has endured horrible conditions including death threats from inside the prison and having his hands and feet chained to a bed for 30 days.

The president and his administration have done nothing to help Sgt. Tahmooressi.  The president will allow illegal aliens to cross our defenseless border without question.  He will accept them with open arms as he passes out gift baskets full of benefits provided by the American taxpayers.  Vice President Biden considers illegals to be citizens.  The president will allow the release of 36,000 illegal criminals and claim they aren’t dangerous.  Terrorist and those with ties to terrorist organizations receive better treatment by this administration than Americans.  Veterans are now discarded.

Jill Tahmooressi, the mother of Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, is petitioning the White House at www.whitehouse.gov.  100,000 signatures are needed by the end of the month.  If she gets all 100,000 signatures, the White House must issue a response.  Please check it out for yourself.

Once upon a time, our government defended Americans, a petition wasn’t needed.  Now the government is more than happy to aid everyone including terrorist and illegals over American citizens.  The scandals continue. When will more Americans remove their blinders?  They’re free, so probably never.
