Trump Burns Google Before Supreme Court In Copyright Dispute | The Daily Caller:
The Trump administration urged the Supreme Court to stay out of a long-running copyright dispute between Google and Oracle Corp., dealing a considerable blow to Google’s efforts to avoid an $8 billion damages award.
At issue in the dispute, billed as the copyright fight of the decade, are software interfaces called API declarations, which are shorthand commands that facilitate prewritten complex computer functions. Google used a trove of Oracle-owned Java API declarations when building its Android smartphone operating system.

Pollak: Democrats Are Meddling in the 2020 Election | Breitbart:
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) made a colossal mistake this week by agreeing to an impeachment inquiry before she had seen the transcript of President Donald Trump’s conversation with President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine.
It was a strategic mistake, because the evidence contradicted her claims. But it was also a terrible mistake for the country, because it cast the fairness of the 2020 presidential election into serious doubt.

NYC threatens up to $250G in fines for using terms like 'illegal alien,' threatening to call ICE | Fox News:
New York City's Commission on Human Rights announced on Thursday that residents could face up to $250,000 in fines if they use terms such as "illegal alien ... with intent to demean, humiliate or harass a person."
"Hate has no place here," a tweet from the City of New York read. The city's announcement ticked off a list of offensive ways to address immigrants -- including threatening to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), or harassing someone for their "limited English proficiency."
"Threatening to call ICE when motivated by discrimination, derogatory use of the term 'illegal alien,' and discrimination based on limited English proficiency are unlawful discriminatory treatment under the NYC Human Rights Law," the announcement read

Stephen Miller: Whistleblower 'a Deep State Operative,' Has 'Contempt for the President' | Breitbart:
On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” White House advisor Stephen Miller said the “whistleblower” complaint about President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s dealings “drips with condemnation, condescension and contempt for the president.”
Miller said, “I think it’s unfortunate the media continued to describe this individual as a whistleblower and honorific that this individual most certainly does not deserve. A partisan hit job does not make you a whistleblower just because you go through the Whistleblower Protection Act.”

Requirement for whistleblowers to have 'first-hand information' was scrapped ahead of complaint against President Trump - TheBlaze
The intelligence community secretly removed the requirement that whistleblowers must have "first-hand information" of wrongdoings in order to fast-track allegations to Congress prior to a CIA officer's complaint against President Donald Trump, reducing the threshold for informants to merely check a box stating, "I heard about it from others."
