Jocelyn Benson loses in court AGAIN - Judge rules against SOS's illegal absentee ballot rule change - The Midwesterner: 

Another court on Wednesday determined Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s election guidance violates the law.

The ruling from Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Brock Swartzle marks at least the eighth time courts have ruled Benson’s election guidance unlawful.

“Yet another court just ruled against Jocelyn Benson – a Democrat candidate for governor – for her attempts to manipulate the voting process,” the Michigan GOP posted to X Wednesday, along with the ruling.
