Vance gives CBS a 'masterclass' in how he deals with biased moderators * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

The moderators picked by CBS to run its vice presidential debate, between GOP candidate JD Vance and Democrat Tim Walz, were assessed by a multitude to have been biased toward the Democrat, just as the ABC moderators during the presidential debate a few weeks ago exhibited their bias.

And a commentator at the Daily Signal is crediting Vance with having delivered a "masterclass" to CBS in dealing with such partisanship.

Commentator Jarrett Stepman wrote, "Not only did Vance, Donald Trump's running mate, handle obviously skewed questions. He also refused to allow the moderators – a "CBS Evening News" anchor Norah O'Donnell and "Face the Nation" chief foreign affairs correspondent Margaret Brennan – to live "fact-check" him without calling them out on it."

Suspects’ tattoos and social media posts indicate possible ties to a violent Venezuelan gang.
The two Venezuelan men accused of the brutal murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston are being investigated for possible links to the transnational criminal organization Tren da Aragua, according to search warrants obtained by KPRC-TV.

In June, 22-year-old Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel and 26-year-old Franklin Jose Peña Ramos — both of whom were unlawfully in the United States — allegedly lured Nungaray under a bridge after she stopped at a convenience store. The males, who were charged with capital murder for her death, allegedly stripped her, bound her wrists and ankles, and sexually assaulted her for hours. The child was strangled to death, and her body was tossed in a bayou.

After two assassination attempts against Donald Trump, no one can deny the fact that the 45th president of the United States (and hopefully the 47th) is in grave danger.

But who’s posing the threat?

Many conservatives argue that the two alleged would-be assassins, Thomas Crooks and Ryan Routh, were lone gunmen and would-be heroes motivated by leftist anti-Trump rhetoric. Others argue that one or both attempts were inside jobs.

But Mark Levin notices another threat.

Comer has noted that the Biden-Harris administration has not been cooperative in the past when the House panel asked for information on Walz.

“On August 16, 2024, the Committee requested information about the CCP-affiliated entities and officials with which Mr. Timothy Walz has engaged, as well as any warnings or information the Federal Bureau of Investigation has provided to Mr. Walz or his office about CCP influence operations,” Comer noted in a September news release.

As the actual killer winds and storms from Hurricane Helene dissipate, residents of multiple southeastern states, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina in particular, are getting a look at what's left of their communities after one of the most devastating storms ever. And it's not good. Zach Dasher, of Swannanoa, N.C., said it's complete devastation there. Absolute decimation.

"You've got a city that's in absolute turmoil," he said, referring to Springfield. "Everybody's against everybody." One of Duncan's most significant concerns is the increase in traffic accidents caused by Haitian drivers, who often are not licensed to operate vehicles, he said. He told Blaze News that Tremont City law enforcement is doing everything possible to crack down on the potentially deadly crashes but noted that Springfield appears to be protecting Haitian nationals from facing any real consequences for reckless driving. "People that shouldn't be driving, they're out there and they're allowing them to drive," Duncan remarked.
