"A federal judge rejected a request for Hillary Clinton to submit to a sworn deposition in a suit related to her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.
According to U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan, the request, submitted by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, did not produce enough to warrant an in-person deposition to establish whether Clinton set up the private server to avoid complying with the Freedom of Information Act, Politico reported Friday."
