"Today, the Supreme Court will allow the House of Representatives 15 minutes of oral argument as the Court examines whether President Obama’s executive actions on immigration should be held unconstitutional.The Constitution is clear – the President does not make law, Congress makes law. In fact, the role of the President is to enforce the law. Attempts by the Executive Branch to undermine the law, regardless of motivation, are detrimental to our country and the separation of powers created under the Constitution. Once we decide some laws are worth enforcing and some are not, we have weakened the law forever."
